The Contractor's User has the right to request a change to the Contractor's and/or Contractor User's data contained in the PGE Capital Group Purchasing System. To change the data concerning:
• Contractor’s User - the Contractor User may request a change of data via the PGE Capital Group Purchasing System. For that purpose it is necessary to log in the PGE Capital Group Purchasing System, go to "My profile", "User data" tab and introduce the appropriate changes. Data that may be updated:
a. Login (e-mail address);
b. User’s first name;
c. User’s surname;
d. User’s telephone number;
e. User’s language.

PLEASE NOTE: a change of the first name and/or surname and/or login (email address), require re-checking of the consents available from the tab: "Consents and regulations”. This refers, in particular, to the mandatory consents.

• Contractor - the Contractor’s User representing the Contractor may request changes to the selected data via the PGE Capital Group Purchasing System. For that purpose it is necessary to log in the PGE Capital Group Purchasing System, go to "My profile", "Contractor details" tab and introduce the appropriate changes. Data that may be updated:
a. Contractor’s name;
b. Address;
c. Postal code;
d. Locality;
e. KRS (National Court Register);
f. Company telephone number;
g. Company email address;
h. Company website;
i. Purchasing categories;
j. Name of Contractor's branch;
k. Type of business activity;

whereby a change of data as regards items a - d and j requires the approval of the Contractor Database Administrator.

The Contractor's User will be informed of any rejection of changes via the System.


• Contractor - the Contractor’s User representing the Contractor may request a change of data in the scope of:
a. Tax Identification Number (NIP);
b. REGON [statistical ID]:
c. Country;

via a dedicated Contractor Help Desk.

Close account and submit a request to be forgotten
Contractor, remember that you are responsible for notifying PGE immediately of any loss, revocation or termination of the user’s power of attorney or right to represent the Contractor, or any other form of loss by such user of the right to use the Contractor's account in the PGE Capital Group Purchasing System, to block the user’s access to the PGE Capital Group Purchasing System.
The User can independently close the account and anonymise the data using the functions made available by the System. For that purpose it is necessary to log in the System, go to the "My Profile" area, enter the "Security" tab and use the "Delete the account and send the cancellation" button.
